MISERY’S END (2010)
Paula’s 2010 EP Misery’s End contains five gems, including the astounding title track and “Parachute,” an uplifting anthem which she co-wrote with her Dubkonscious bandmate Mike Love. The compelling opening track, “Give Voice” is a collaboration with Jack Johnson, and she also teams up with Ziggy Marley on a remarkable cover of his devotional song, “High Tide or Low Tide.”

Paula’s 2006 debut album Lilikoi was met with true astonishment by many in the music business. The self-produced/ released collection of all-original songs featuring ‛ukulele and nose flute runs deep with intensity and emotion, yet is widely appealing and accessible. Through that release, Paula set a new benchmark in independent music production, an album with masterful production and genuine cultural connection that have caused people to sit up and take notice. She was honored to win the Na Hoku Award (Hawai‘i’s “Grammy”) in 2007 for Most Promising Artist.
